This picture is rough around the edges in a lot of ways, but it worked out really nicely regardless.

Honestly I really prefer this sort of suggestive scenario to a generic post-vore bulge. I guess I have the old-school-horror-film approach to vore; the imagination is much better at filling in the gaps than anything I can draw--I just have to fuel it a little bit.
