Sometimes when you're making a new recipe, you just gotta sample it before it's done.
Xiu Mei's usually immune to this temptation, being a professional, but something about three cute little demi fellows wriggling in thick, smothering dumpling dough got to her. Now she's gonna eat all three of 'em before they even get properly settled.
Ah well. I'm sure it'll still taste great!
