Hinata and the others finally return to the Leaf village. Will they be able to save their home or will they too fall to Marunomi's gullet?
Hmm, surprisingly quick chapter, but now we're getting into the real meat of the story. Hinata, Ino, Kurenai, Samui, and Karui finally confront Marunomi. I won't give it away, but I can assure the results will be quite vorish. Hope to have the next chapter out within the next week. As always, thanks for reading!

Hey Nobodyman, it's good to see a new chapter from you on this story. Though short, I feel that given what it's building up to, it's worth the wait. Sure it may not be as big as the previous one, this review would help you out a ton. Now on we go!
Nice building up everything starting with the beginning as Kurenai's group managed to get to the village. Especially given that the first paragraph really tells of the group's small fire of hope being extinguished by the reality of their situation. Kurenai having Hinata to scout ahead to see what was happening shows just that. The way you had her reaction towards "Neji" was really good as it sent shivers to my spine. The team of female ninja could only imagine what has happened while they were away. Looks to me that once they entered the village things are going to be wild. More so given that the "Hokage" already gave an order to hunt the group down.
Speaking of Marunomi, she really blended into her role as Tsunade well...especially given she's got a few free meals outta it. Just as she sensed the girls all coming to her web, Shizune arrives. Needless to say that the poor woman ended up as another meal for Marunomi's ever lasting hunger. Her chakra would definitely be what she needs for what she has in store for the girls. Especially given how she announced to the village that four "rogue" ninjas, it would no doubt be truly a beginning for chaos to ensue. And with Anko now coming into the frey, it's only a matter of who would make the first move and who gets who.
All in all this chapter really got me pumped for the next one to come. I would love to see how this began to build up to...and I wonder who would fall or succeed in this one? XD I guess that's what I'll find out. BUT that's why I like about your story for it keeps me in my seat! Keep up the good work!

Now it is warming up. If 6 Heroines won't stop Manumori in less than hour Shizune will be gone forever. Also since Marunomi posseses memories and knowledge of absorbed people she would be able to use character weaknesses like Hinatas love to Naruto and so on.
Generally I think that this arc should end happily i.e. Marunomis got defeated everyone being saved, and in next arc I wish Marunomi should got change of Heart. Instead being vicious predator to being avenger gorging on villain ninjas and rogues.
I am curious how series would develop and can't wait to see more of your work as I also like your survival of the fittest series. I also notice that this series will be same long or bit longer than previous Marunomis story arc which is convinient.
Good thing you haven't add ending like english dub DBZ: Will our heroines prevail or will entire Leaf Village end in Marunomis stomach, find out in next Naruto - Marunomis Revange.
