Akeno normal attitude and atmosphere is a calm, polite, well mannered and beauty women. Akeno one day was asked to look after some kids at an orphanage. Akeno was glad to help but didn't know how to play or look after young children. Suddenly Kuroka came by and said she would be happy to help as long as got some tasty milk and forced Koneko to come to have some sisterly time together. Koneko complied and had to be turned into her shrine mode which was maintained by Kuroka magic. At the orphanage though it was one where playful, troublesome children gathered and while Akeno fuse was long Kuroka and Koenko help with the jokes finally pushed Akeno pass her limit. Akeno then started to go after the children 1 by 1 and swallowed them on the spot. Kuroko and Koneko suddenly came by and was shocked at what Akeno did. Akeno both still annoyed and surprised about what could happen expanded her wings to get her off the ground and pounced at the 2 cat girls. Akeno swallowed both girls at the same time with the girls heading towards the expanded belly while slurping down their 2 girls while thinking they tasted like long pasta. Akeno commented said they this is what they deserved, how they would look on her and asked them where they would appear on her belly.
