Well,there isn't a complicated backstory about this but I can try explaining myself better:
Ochako is expecting the visit of her lover (I think it's obvious who it is) and decides to wear the shorts she wore when he got her pregnant, as a way of telling him "I want you to fuck me hard like that day!"
Somehow, the babies inside her can feel whenever their biological father is getting close and that makes them go crazy, kicking and moving everywhere in their mother's womb, which makes her VERY horny. (It's just a concept I like, there's no need to look for a canonical explanation for this)
So yeah, Ochako getting ready to seduce her lover, and babies making sure she stays horny until he appears are two factors that will assure a night full of sex.
