Madness-inducing softness, that is.
It's my shameless self-insert/wish-fulfillment character, Ittsu Songxing, enjoying a nice rest on a butt-pillow made by her Shoggoth maid, Koko! She's...Also getting a good face-licking, from one of those tentamaws.
The full story behind why she has a Shoggoth for a maid will be revealed eventually, but the short of it is that Koko is repaying Ittsu for teaching her how humans live, and stuff. Shoggoths are shapeshifters, who were made to serve the Elder Things. They can make just about anything from their own bodies, if they have the mass to do so! So having a squishy butt really isn't a difficult thing for them to do. (Considering canon Shoggoths further described as being larger than subway trains...Koko is much heavier than she looks.)
This was a commission bought from leshawk, a fantastic artist for casually lewd scenarios like this! I love the unique flairs to Koko's design from the standard MGE Shoggoth - especially the way the hair is colored. Gonna have to get a normal picture of this design of her sometime!

We've got Leshawk (who is already a master of soft-looking girls) drawing a monster girl that's a weird mix between a scylla (with boneless tentacles) and a slime girl, which tend to be gelatin-like in nature.
If there's any way she could be softer, Ittsu would literally be neck-deep inside of Koko's butt!
