Video game glitches, am I right?
So, say that the game Sword Art Online suddenly got an update. If players can get married, why shouldn't they be able to have children? So a "Breeding" update was rolled out, but it's still very much in the beta phase and pretty buggy. One such bug is multiple unintended triggers for the "Pregnant" status effect. Another is... that male characters were susceptible to the condition.
So of course, being the main character, Kirito finds himself falling victim to this glitch, but he doesn't seem entirely bothered by this turn of events. Sure it's a bit embarrassing but he might end up enjoying motherhood... fatherhood... whichever ya wanna call it.

...With those cravings setting in, here's hoping Kirito doesn't have some kinda mod installed for bigger, livelier meals... or maybe we hope he does. Babies gotta eat either way.

not a fan of mpreg but kirito does look really cute in that style
i wouldn't put it past the game to actually have this kinda stuff in it, though... it's canon that there's sex features in it already, so
