During the time Orihime was in Hueco Mundo she was stuck in a room till Aizen needed her. All Orihime did was look out the only window till she was needed. After a while she started to fill hungry and although she was fed she was use to eating a lot more. So she started to eat the hollow that was delivering the meals to her. For some reason no one came to argue or stop Orihime from eating the hollow and more and more were swallowed by her. Eventually she was so stuffed that her belly was so much bigger than her body and that she couldn't either reach the ground. Orihime was in delight about the taste of the hollow she never knew and how large, capable that her belly can handle she felt are hard impact in her belly. Orihime felt the impact all around her body and couldn't get enough of it and wish it never ended. However it would have to one day since the hollows were digesting inside her. While thinking that she wondered how she'll look after all the hollows were digested and who she'll move around at the moment since she can't even touch the ground.
