In the series of tokyo ghoul, the ghouls are targeted by the doves that will eliminate them without a second thought. This is because for a ghoul to live they need to eat human meat.

Touka is a ghoul who has had a hard life due to this and losing people precious to her. One day Touka came across doves in an alley way cornering a child ghoul who was really scared. Touch wanted to help but she didn't have her mask and the last thing she wanted to do was threatened her friends at the cafe. Touka was also quite hungry from not eating for awhile. The doves were about to attack the child, when suddenly Touka intervened and protected the child. Touka now knew she had to kill the doves to protect everyone she knew. She then jumped at one of the doves and swallowed it whole. While the doves were shocked at what the ghoul did, Touka couldn't believe how nice it was. She then pounced on the other doves to swallow them while her belly kept on increasing. Eventually Touka managed to swallow them all and due to this they couldn't tell the other doves who was involved. Touka now had 2 problems, how was she gonna move around and hide her belly from the public.

After some time, Touka who had now digested the doves listened to the news and heard about some missing doves where she was. Touka smiled happily that none of the doves knew what happened because there was no evidence due to Touka eating it all. Touka now had a way to prevent this from happening in the future.
