So here we have a rather strange but awesome Stand user that my friend  calvinj100 helped me make. and this guy has quite a bit of a story, so here we go!

His on the clock name is Leon Kingsly. He's a rather unimpressive S3 information broker. His ability to fight is rather.... limited so he tends to leave others to do his fighting and takes his time to look to things he likes, like asses, and smooth skin. He's a man of simple wishes and even simplier lusts. Though he would be dead if he couldn't fight at all or did not have back up. He has subordinates he can call, but would rather rely on the power within him. His stand Drill Queen!

Drill Queen is a rather hard to discribe being. The stand is a floating suit or armor that has clawed gauntlets, 3 hears, and a clock that it holds. the clock has numbers but also 4 words that the hands of the clock can rotate on. the words saying 'Repeat, Rewind, Stop, and Die.' The stand does not alter time as much as it can alter the time line. At it's most powerful, it can channel all of the worst timelines and merge them into one small space for a small bit of time. causing multiple Time paradoxs in a area that after the time ends, leads to nothing of that area existing. it has weaker abilities and little in the way of physical strength. But that changes when Leon's true self Alexander Alistar is out.

Alexander Alistar is the truth behind Kingsly. The shell that holds him still within this time without cracking all around him. Once the glasses is off, Alexander normally takes over and is a very no nonsense type of guy. Drill Queen's form can change as well, depending on just how far the fight goes. Still the 3 of them are a force that would even give legends like Domon and Ina a major run for their money. more needs to be discovered about him, but that is to come later.
