Nope, nope, aaaand nope. I really don’t see the connection there at all.
While she might wear a short top hat made of the same type of demon skin as the rest of her clothes, she otherwise don’t have any headgear. And I already have two characters with bandanas as rather prominent character features, so I don’t think I’ll give it to some ody else anytime soon, unless they wear a hat ontop of that most of the time.

You are aware there are several who fit that generalized description right? Especially if you drop out the 'big muscle girl' bit - besides Gogo is closer to realistic, while this ones way beyond anything plausible, and with a more masculine build.
So if you generalize like that, then yes I guess they do have certain characteristics that are similar. But when looking at the designs side-by-side, rather than vague descriptions, I can't see connection strongly enough, so if even were inspired by Gogo, I've certainly gone far enough to make it impossible to mistake the one for the other.
And I haven't seen that last pic until now since I don't follow the artist, so no inspiration taken there.
Any similarities are a coincidence, the result of shared interests or inspirations, or a showcase of that certain elements of their design are not unique to themselves.

To be clear I'm not accusing you of anything.
It's just at one point I tried to think back to this pic, and my brain returned immages of Gogo.
As you aren't Familiar with the character like I am you would be just looking at the completely superficial details in any single picture you see of her.
Where as I can see the Smile from this picture, and the pose from that picture, and the coloring of that picture, and the character in general when I think of them.
So I can basically construct a mental immage of Gogo that looks just like this pic, and feel like they belong together.

I get that you weren't accusing me of anything, nor did I think you were either, regardless if it may have looked that way.
And in your previous post you were mentioning completley superficial things, and upon that my mind wanted to refute, given the vague descriptive keywords are the only things they share in common.
And the pose is pretty generic aswell, so that probably makes it easier to make the relation, given theres no characteristics shown other than the grin here. But if thats what your mind thinks, not much I can do to change that other than whats already stated.
Atleast its not the most outlandish connection somebody have drawn, in this case I can somewhat see where you're coming from. There has been far more dumbfounding ones before, thats for sure.

Most images I’ve seen of her doesn’t involve a lot of looming, but I get what you mean.
And well nothing specific comes to mind, I just know I’ve seen it before, and I’m left wondering how they made that connection.

Judging by the level of vision, I can clearly say... she’s big... probably 7 to 8 feet, maybe even 9, granted if I was the average height or an ordinary man ranging between 5”10’ to 6” at least... 9_9;

She is pretty big indeed. Usually appearing somewhere between 1.5x their height, and anywhere up to so big they only reach up to her knees. Depends on her intentions .w.

My modern OC only stands about 4”1’, so being either around 1.5x to 5x the height or a normal person, I’d (Tom) would be getting the chills by her smile alone, even if he can’t see past her chest ^///^;

Probably later, have other drawings/comics listed to make, plus, with the two drawings of her, all I see when thinking about her is either her belly, her chest, and her smile, but mostly her smile, because it reminds me of somebody else, or maybe more then one person really lol xD
