I recognize the pose, or rather picture you got the pose that you used for this lady. A little uh, 'lifted' line for line, I wanna say. Kinda iffy on that sorta stuff, honestly.

I use clip studio paint references for volume skeletons, it has a build in 3D volumes references that can be used for references. Then i open on a window the reference and on the main window i draw the pic.
For these "hentai" pics it happens to use common poses (cause > 80% mangakas use same software and same references)
Copying references is extremely useful when sketching! Even the pros used/still use references to copy (a classic example is Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio that paid people to pose for his paintings).
I use references even to sketch skeletons faster

Oh I know and am aware of what a reference is. Hell I use them all the time when helping out artists, new or otherwise, in making their art better or to come up with ideas.
But in this case it isn't as much as a reference for a pose, as it is a very near identical copy of the lady and character itself. A few details here and there are different, that I do see and notice. But it feels, less genuine when more than just a pose is copied. You feel me?

Yeah, i feel you, i apologize for being less creative

Nah don't worry too much about it. Just be careful. Pervs like me ALSO frequent /d/, and sometimes the bimbo thread at that, haha.
Just in the future, it helps to take the pose, but not necessarily everything in a picture. Former, not friend but person I knew, would outright just trace the picture and pass it off as his own. I do not mind a pose copy, but details like skin deforming or clothes bunching up, that isn't as honest I feel.
So, just as precaution to avoid "you stole this" comments, always be careful about refs. I still like this of course. But, gotta point stuff out. You know I only care.

Yeah i understand what you say. One thing to point out is that the characters that i use are nearly share all the same things lol so when i use a reference that seems one of my characters it's hard to not make look identical to the ref

No I understand, I understand. I'm the same way with getting refs for my friends. Usually.
I mean I like my women nerdy, dirty, and curvy. So, of course some things will be familiar. But what we can do to separate from those refs, and make it our own, is a sign of a good artist.

True! that is the hard part, making it your own
