How did he even end up there in the first place? They don't seem very mobile and you'd see a group that size at a fair distance...
I like the one in the top left, though. Very comfy-looking.

Hopefully those two that finally caught him will be willing to share, all the other look eager but the ones on the left and right look particularly bummer that they aren't the ones he got stuck to.
As for what happens after...well for his sake, hopefully they'll figure he is too good a catch to miss out on. Sundews tend to wrap up their prey in tentacles. I can see when night comes they all roll on top of him and bury him in their sticky bodies for safe keeping. Then when morning comes they open up like now and go back to playing pass the Daishi.
