A silly crossover idea with a pregnant Kushina from Naruto in the hospital for a check-up. Meanwhile Kagura, from Gintama, is also there. However she's just stuffing her bloated gut on hospital food and being lazy.
It seems however that Kagura ran out of food in her room and she's on the prowl for more. With her bulging bloated gut, it's no wonder Kushina assumed she was also expecting.
The real mystery is if that sandwich will even be enough for Kagura, and if not...what else could she be craving?

I’m honestly just glad to see more Kushina in artwork here. Even if she isn’t staring in a vore image. There needs to be more Kushina.
