Sure it's slimy and cramped in Ally's womb, and fairly hot (internal body heat and all), but still that's no reason for her unpleasant expression. It makes Zeniah look... ingrateful! :P Zeniah went through all that trouble to accommodate Ally in the SAFER half of her abdomen, she should be quite thankful!
Her pose shows perfectly how tight and uncomfortable it is inside. And it is so slimy too, lovely !
