It had been a long and challenging year for Amy and Kris in their university course. With the final due in a few weeks, they wanted to create something that would shock and truly capture the imagination of those that read it, or at least disgust many. Their study of Eunectes murinus, the green anaconda, was relatively mundane. Fit for the typical student paper, but they wanted more. Whatever it was, they were prepared to do it. Or at least Kris suggested the ludicrous idea of reporting in elaborate detail the feeding habits of the great serpent. Not that ludicrous at first, until she jokingly volunteered herself to the study. Amy, wry and cunning, admitted it was possible.

For years she had a special relationship with such a creature, one that she considered an equal, a companion. Amy knew that Arabella - as she was known - a pure, yet beautiful beast - could swallow Kris. Even though Amy had not witnessed this first hand, she was sure that the twenty-foot anaconda could take a fully grown person. And she knew how it might work. As crude as it was, by attaching a false bait to Kris, Arabella would feed on the lure before reaching the real prize. A rabbit would draw the serpent's attention, while a bind tying it and Kris together would guide the salivating snake towards the young woman. It worked. However, Kris wondered if Amy would keep her word and force Arabella to regurgitate her when the time was right...
