I had originally conceived of her as some sort of office worker, hence the high powered executive outfit, but her backstory has changed since then and she's become a restaurant owner.
And also the star semi-celebrity head chef of that restaurant.
And also the main ingredient of that restaurant.
If she could work front-of-house along with everything else she'd probably do that too. She's dedicated, and her job is also her hobby. She puts a lot of herself into her craft.
You know. In the... literal sense.

Most times you see a reference sheet and the pose has a limb missing, its so the body can be shown in that pose without the limb in the way.
I believe that may not necessarily be the case here.
