Lily is enjoying all the new things she can see, deep within Mallow's belly. Having spent so much time inside, she tends to forget what a stomach is really meant for (particularly a dragon's stomach). A sudden accident shows her first hand just how fine a line she walks between safety and death, regardless of how much Mallow tries to keep her away from that line. Nothing tragic or fatal, just a "close call".
