As much as I hate this, “Devour” is actually a skill command, but it’s so Gruesome, they had to block out the screen in FFVIII when in use, and it’s only effective on monsters weaker then you then those stronger then you too... ^^;
I was going to link the video to you, but... I think this comic is a lot better really (in-game this action is censored for a reason, this comic explains why that is) ^^;
