After living as a predator for so long, Laura's gut is permanently stretched out due to just how much she's been stuffing herself, her stomach now producing a unnatural amount of gastric juice for her belly, making it slosh whether she's eaten something or not, never shrinking down to it's previous flat state. She's filled with several liters/gallons of the stuff, it's so big that she can use it as a impromptu waterbed, just so her gut is ready for any kind of massive meal.
