I love the irony here.
Diana is sweet and bubbly whilst her son is more hard bitten, and Todd is kind and polite while his mother is clearly a no-nonsense kind of mother.
I love little details like that in a story.

"Stubborn" is a rather harsh word. Now "persistent" is more to Diana's style, and she's just trying to cover all her bases. =)

In the comic of Wolf Quest, when a male Wolf turns 18 years old he is consider an adult that must proove himself be be able to have a pack, that's why he must take what that wolfs call the Wolf Quest.
