And the last (at least for now) in the Xenoblade 2 mawshot line-up; my favourite character in the whole game, Nia! When the reveal trailer came out, I was one of many that hopped on the bandwagon of "Pyra a cutie". Then later down the line, I saw Nia... OH BOY it was like love at first sight: She's very cute, has a lovely welsh accent, and is even on the tsundere side~ Of course, she's my favourite character for more than just "muh waifu" but that kinda goes into spoiler territory and I don't want to tread there.
Anyway! Here's Nia about to have her latest meal (no prize for guessing who it is :P), caring only for how filling it'll be~ Quite different from her Aegis friends, no? Ahh well, best girl deserves to do what she likes~

FINALLY got this done! It's been on my backlog for just over a month now, but my overly ambitious ideas lead to some difficulties. I recently regained the motivation to finish the linework and get everything else done. And the result is... mixed, I think? I was sincerely hoping this'd be my best piece yet, and in a way it is, but there's also things about it I'm not happy with. Some of the lines look a bit mehh and the angle/perspective I went with meant a few things ended-up looking awkward. On the other hand, I'm very pleased with a majority of the linework (particularly the head) and honestly feel the colouring job on this is my best colour work to date~ It's not perfect by any means, but comparing it to a large majority (if not all) of my gallery you can see it's mostly a very big step-up.
Sooooo overall, I'm very pleased with this. And although it's not 100% perfect, I am confident in personally saying it's my best work yet!
