It was supposed to be. AT the time I asked Inert-Ran to design some sort of Symbol fo Thetrals "Community" and gave him a few ideas. He said he wasn't really good and instead just drew some fancy ornamentation on it. I have thought of trying to come up with a symbol, but I am not much better at such thing.
