Batsumaru is a sadistic gameshow that invites gorgeous women as its contestant on board a giant cruse ship that takes place in international waters.

These ladies are subjected to a gauntlet of humiliating challenges that if they fail, they'll be forced to endure a Penalty game.

The winner will be granted whatever their hearts may desire, but if they lose an unknown fate awaits them.

Makie is a college freshman who has lived with her older brother, Yusuke. The tragic death of their Mother due to a rare disease has caused Yusuke to take on the role of parent to his little sister as the Father is too engrossed in his career to care much for his family.

Because of this, Yusuke has completely spoiled Makie her whole life and was always around to get her out of trouble and protect her, always.

Yusuke ends up catching the same rare disease that killed his and Makie's Mother and is unable to care for Makie.

Makie has been invited to be a contestant of Batsumaru so that she can cure her older brother of the sickness that took their Mother.

Makie may be a sheltered ditz but she is pretty intelligent despite her appearance. A lifetime of being spoiled has rendered her to be physically weak and Yusuke's cooking is responsible for putting some *ahem* "Extra padding" on target areas of her body.
