I did stories in the past of Geth making themselves more organic-like inside after becoming A.I. Eventually starting to turn their creators into (MostlyGeth-Quarian hybrids via unbirth, taking away their inherent weakness and forming a new union. Felt like drawing them so I thought I'd expand upon it.
When two Geth form a partnership, one upgrades their body into a Mother Unit to produce a new child. Until all creators are transformed, Mothers seek out Quarians to in a sense, harvest for the material component. Once unbirthed, the Mother Unit seals her womb and begins the conversion process. The Quarian is reduced to a metallic fluid rich in resources which often include their environmental suits. Bonding agents merge the consciousness of the Quarian safely into the fluid as energized code, reportedly existing in a state of dull awareness, feeding sensations from nearby sensor nodes around the Mother's womb to feel warmth. The Mother Unit, and her partner then form a connection, much like a mating an organic would perform to seed portions of their A.I code into the raw liquid. Depending on the willingness of the Quarian, (Most unwilling) the Mother Geth can choose not to include memories of past lives into the new A.I, usually only retaining desirable traits or absorbing the code fully into their own during the seeding process. Once seeded, the womb forms a baby sized platform, absorbing the rest of the material to inject into it over the course of a 9 month term. The Mother Unit and the child remain network connected during the entire pregnancy, one A.I teaching another the basics of life as a synthetic as it's platform grows. Even once birthed, the child platform will grow through consuming synthetic milk. Thus, the full organic life-cycle has been adopted by the Geth.
