No worries, Aussies really don't get offended by anything. I'm from Queensland, and we're pretty much known as the most laid back in the country. Exaggeration is really hard to do.
Yeah, Im told it's one of those places where stereotypes don't really phase people. Still, if I'm going to be politically incorrect, I still don't want to alienate people.
(Fun fact, I was saying "No worries" in America long before anyone else because I went to a summer camp with a mostly Aussie staff)
No worries is probably one of the best known phrases Aussies use, and it fits with how we are in general. I mean, I went on a road trip down to Brisbane from where I lived, and on the way down, we saw 6 guys on the side of the road facing oncoming traffic, with several coolers. They had just set up in lawn chairs and had a big sign that said, "You honk, we drink!" We came back nearly 9hrs later, they were still there and had already gone through most of the coolers.

I'm also looking at the accuracy of the Aussie manner of speech and it's great. Makes me miss Queensland.

I've had some Aussies tell me I did a good job with this, which is actually a huge relief. I thought I was exaggerating too much.
