Thanks for your input! I agree with the importance of adding more personality to prey characters, and it's something I'm going to try and include more often in my stories.

Oh, this is very nice... I might recommend the betrayal tag, this story was certain right up my alley and hit quite a few kinks.

And I wasn't sure if this story would qualify as having betrayal themes, but I was considering a tag like that. I'll give it a shot.
