It's a Xenomutant, one of the creative creatures invented by Merick. Now any of you who've seen his work knows he's created several mutant versions of other people's characters. How does he do such wonderful things you ask? Why, with this handy dandy Xeno converter of course. She's wonderful, she embraces her victim, and engulfs their face, sliding the tongue into their belly. For females, the large tube-like cock slide into them, pouring in more of the mutagen, and deposits eggs into their womb. Not like female eggs, actual eggs, like a chicken or lizard, using them as an incubator. If male, the tube slides over their cock and that teeny tube slides into their urethra, filling them with more mutagen. The nipples slide over breast nipples, forcing more goo inside to increase bust size and...well, mutate. After the catalyst has been implanted, the mouth opens wide and swallows the converted victim, where they lie in suspended animation, connected through several internal tubes to keep them alive while the mutation is occurring. A person can stay comfortably alive a Converter for decades. Once the mutated xeno is ready, they are expelled from the tail, reborn as a horrifying mutant. Sign me up.
