Carrah explains what she does. She's also gestating some orders. With her size, even growing a few horse-sized creatures at the same doesn't fill her up too much and she still has more than enough room to run a few small orders alongside that. Her tauric back and those legs are certainly able to support her belly.
She is like a benevolent sister to the regular sized ladies, but Elori certainly does not seem to like being head-patted.
