It should be noted that this is an AU (Alternate Universe) in which Rouge is actually a human just like Topaz. "The Bat" is simply a codename given to her.

Rouge and Topaz, both ladies who work for the G.U.N. has been send on a mission together to look at one of Dr. Eggman's abbandoned hideouts for either tech or any hints of where he might be.
