A Certain (weird four armed... 8 legged but two are human...) Spiderlady has eaten what appears to be an Elf. Seems that Elf is not doing a good job of escaping either. She might want to get a move on before she finds herself becoming boobs.

Commissioned in a Stream from the talented Rayen in early 2017. Also, side note. Ayla is 8 Foot Tall. Though Rayen is often known for making the prey a bit small, that size comparison could very well be accurate.
