oh boy.... well it had to happen eventually. what goes in, muuuuust come out, and a lot of it is coming out. two Miqo'te must be A LOT to digest, so of course they would stretch the poor rear of the lalafell all the way out as she shits out the absolutely massive and constant snake of shit. and she is stiiiiiiiilllll lactating milk. just such a mess for the poor lalafell that likely just wanted a quiet day.
