Did a poll on my Parteon ( https://www.patreon.com/auratierdreemurr ) and the general consensus was for the Ghost Leviathan of Subnautica to get transfused with some Human DNA. Well, seeing as all of the creatures on Planet 4546B are capable of laying eggs, adding human DNA to it made "it" a "her" by default.
If you know anything about Subnautica, then you know that the Ghost Leviathan eats anything it can to grow as big as possible as its life cycle, so giving her a way to stuff people inside TWO holes and giving her hands to grab stuff easier just doomed the diver completely!
