This is depicting a scene from the first X-Bellies of Emma waking up the morning after unbirthing her three "Daughters" the Stepford Cuckoos to find that they had been transformed into babies in her womb. knowing she'd be stuck with a full term pregnant for the next nine months she couldn't be happier as she's always loved having a big belly.
