Oh boy it feels good to be back. I put a lot of the tutorials I studied into this drawing and I think I'm going to go with this style for a while since I like expressions that I can put on the faces.

Monsters with human features other than the 8 species of dragonesses are a rarity in Nidraka, even more so those large enough to prey on humans, thanks to the randomness of what is brought through from other worlds during the Warped Forest's many warping thunderstorms. Bo for example is a nocturnal harpy, who rapidly fled the chaos of the Warped Forest and came upon the Sadav Woods to the northeast of the Thuron Plains. It is the perfect hunting ground for her because many humans come to that forest at night to hunt the game that comes out in large numbers then. She has since become a new hazard for the humans, who must still come to the Sadav Woods to hunt because they are the single most reliable hunting grounds that side of the Plains.

I don't think I've seen an owl harpy before, neat!

I have seen like 2 of them before. Not sure why there aren't more of them since owls are a pretty sweet specie.

While macro/micro isn't my thing, I love her design. Gorgeous!
