The Gulp Down Pirates are a crew of people with one unified goal—to gain powers that let them consume other people.
Their captain is Georgie, who procured the Munch-Munch fruit after assassinating Wapol. She now uses her abilities to swallow her enemies, as well as crew mates that she can combine with objects that let them swallow people too.
Her crew might be small right now, but with the intent to steal some of the most powerful powers in the Grand Line, they are going to make some terrifying enemies pretty fast.

Nice design, definitely for the One Piece style to it, heck even the powers aren't that outlandish for the setting honestly. I love how her facial design matches her jolly roger symbol too.

Her powers are actually canon! They’re from a character called Wapol during the Chopper Arc.

So...if she ate someone with a devil fruit would she gain that devil fruit? Does she have the Baku Baku No Mi?

Yes, that’s the fruit she has. It’s unclear in canon if she would gain the fruit power of someone she ate and how long it would take. It does seem to be confirmed that if you eat someone with a devil fruit you gain their powers (via Big Mom’s background).
