Zeraora is cool. Though I haven't seen him ever gain much popularity, I like his abilities, and a niche of a unique electric/fighting moves combination.
Also this picture is very well crafted.

one of my fav pokemon though, I love his look, and his intro move. I know how he feels. I wanted to cry hearing his story.
