I've done a little re-planning since It went on what we'll call a hiatus because of my lazy ass. The good news is there's gonna be a lot more eating and bellies in the coming pages. Much of what the original plot consisted of has remained but now Reina is here instead of the previous Male character.
Reina was one of the fightable Psychopaths during the Adventure RPs I did a while back. She's a good-natured girl turned Demon fanatic after her original job had her exposed to Demons and their treatment in captivity. Her mind broke and she became a sympathizer.
Now, she's struck gold in meeting the one Demoness she always wanted, but she may find she's gonna get more than she bargained for~
She's also got a strong Cockney accent, because girls with that accent are sexy as fuck~

Sound great~ Heck maybe add a reason he is late for being out with another demonese that convinced him and jaz somehow learn that and is mad at him and decide to make him food, maybe the other demonese betray him by delivering him to Jaz... or Reina found about him having another relation with a demonese and captured him and wait to make Jaz the surprise? Im just throwing ideas~

Reina seems to be a bit of a dangerous girl, carrying around a hidden hook. I've seen plenty of fictional characters use hooks as effective weapons. ^_^

Shes a little unhinged, yeah~ The hook is her weapon of choice which is usually concealed in her hoody and is attached to a small chain-coil on her shoulder allowing her to throw it out and reel it back in~

Nifty weapon design, I'm sure there's probably a story behind how she got it.
Also I see demons were kept in captivity. Was this like SCP-Foundation, where they're studied to better understand them? Or more X-Men with them being imprisoned for being dangerous and different? Or maybe more like the Initiative from Buffy that studies and tries to weaponise and contain demonic threats? ^^

She crafted it herself~
It's kinda a mixture of the first two. Demons are captured by a government agency calling themselves 'The Order', their prison/laboratory is this world's Area 51 and filled with the top minds trying to find a cure to turn Demons back to Humans again once they're infected.
As a result, a lot of shady shit goes on in the facility and capturing different mutations of Demon and 'storing' them in a collection for study is its primary purpose~

AH that might explain why the hook is kinda curved inwards as it is. Since someone making their own might make it curve a bit too much, so it doesn't hook on as easily. But once it does, it digs in, like a fish hook.
Oh also neat, so demonic forms are more of an infection, that is changing people and causing them to be ostracised for their new demonic appearances(And appetites). Sounds like the sort of thing my own UE Facility or the other competing factions would want to contain, exploit etc.

My Demons are mutated people who've succumbed to the Taint, a parasite from the deepest depths of space know as the Void, which needs a gate or portal to access it since its so unfathomaly far away from anything its considered its own dimension.
The Parasite attacks the victims mind as they undergo stressful events in their lives, feeding of their sanity until they crack and it can take over its host entirely, passing the person into Limbo but gaining their original views and memories and assuming their lives but as Demons.

I think I understand how that all works ^u^. I've made a few creatures in my own UE setting that cause transformations in others, via parasitism. Or converting others into members of their own species. Though your own void sounds more like a paranormal phenomenon that's influencing Earth from afar. As well as acting as its own world, so sorta like hell's influence leaking into the real world.

The only true Monsters are the ones that reside in the Void, Nem being an exception~

Yeah broken or damaged psyche's can make for interesting characters. I haven't written or drawn as many characters who've been mentally broken. Though I'd say Jaz has adapted to her demonic mutation well enough.

She's adapted, but she still has difficulties. Despite how she's shown she's actually very socially awkward outside of her usual flirty behaviour. Due to her past she doesn't know how to act any other way which is why she's always flirty, it's all she knows.
It's shown in the third panel of this page as an outburst of anger and annoyance, which is what she defaults to when she can't flirt her way through it. Often she's frustrated with herself more than the other person because she has trouble reacting correctly.
It stems from her past of being exploited by her Father and the Taint in her system manifesting those feelings.
