So this design is by TheGoodSinner. And features UE-3500/The Skeletal Slime. This is not her official design, but Sinner's own take on her design. Since Sinner wanted to make her more anatomically accurate.

She was one of the first ones I came up with, skeletal slimes are a pretty unique idea. I distinctly remember this design is inspired by a grim reaper OC. Though this is Sinner's more anatomically accurate version.
