Hey there !
Here is Megumin from Konosuba !
I made her with 46 colors (Yeah it's quiet a lot)
I've already upload this one on DeviantArt but as I said I will now upload ALL my pixel art here. I will no longer upload the ones made with aryion's artist draws.
The original one was made by Tenzen !

You can definitely easily lower the total amount of colors. I'd post my results here, but I don't feel like re-doing all of the black lines because I accidentally fucked up the transparency.
I got it down to 31 colors, and with transparency included it would just barely be able to fit on a Playstation or other console that can handle 32-bit games.

I didn't feel like saving it because all I was doing was using Aseprite's Replace Color tool and the eyedropper. Things like the glove and the left stocking, and the belt with the hair can all share colors without too much issue. The face has three unique shades of red, which can be replaced with shades on the dress/nails.
