The Hook Claw pack is in danger of being wiped out. In spite of Zera being banished from their pack, she cannot allow them to suffer at the hands of The Queen. She failed to save her family before, but maybe she can save this one...

Even though Zera do the right thing for once, she doesn’t seem to be that fortunate. Is it the karma that strikes back? The death of her almost lover was close to predictable, but remembering her past deeds, it still feels hard to feel sorry for her.

It's just Zera's curse that any time she loves anybody they die. True that if she hates people they die too, but it's more that she just can't catch a break.
