This wasn't how it was supposed to be.

It had started as a stupid dare. Spend the night in the field, maybe cause some chaos. It wasn't supposed to be dangerous.
It was supposed to be an abandoned field; Just weeds and shrubs.
It was supposed to be a test of courage; A simple and harmless thing.

The Pumpkins were unexpected.
As far as she knew, there were no Pumpkins growing in this field a couple of days back, let alone ones of this size.
But she wasn't planning on letting some stupid gourds scare her.

She should have been scared.

The moment she heard the soft rustling, she should have been scared.
The moment she spotted the bare bits of movement, she should have been scared.
The moment she felt the cold chill... The sensation of someone watching her... She should have been more than scared.

The moment the vines began to grab her... She was terrified.

She screamed as she was pulled to the ground. She screamed as the vines began to attack her... Pentrate her. She screamed as the pumpkins began to stare at her; A damp void in their eyes as they watched her struggle.
She fought back at the best she could; She ripped vines out of the ground, but more would just replace them.
She tried to run, but the vines tangled her body even as they continued to violate her.

Then the weight grew inside her.
A painful weight. A terrible weight.
Her legs couldn't run with the weight, and the vines only barely held on to her; She couldn't get away from them anyway.
She screamed in terror and pain, as the weight grew and her belly began to swell; First, it was round and smooth, but as it grew, the roundness faded, replaced with the gentle bumps of a pumpkin.
She could feel the pumpkin growing inside her womb; She could feel its vine throbbing as it drew on energies from the earth and from herself to grow, bigger and stronger than its siblings.
She could feel it grin as it continued to grow without stopping.

She felt her body come to a halt; She could barely support her weight at this point. It all hurt so much.
Her skin was stretched taut like a drum. She could feel the terrible coldness of the air, as blood pumped through the contracted vessels on her skin.
The strain was incredible. Her body could barely take it... She felt like she was going to burst.
She felt the Pumpkin shift inside her.

And she screamed.

Hm... Does it count as Pregnancy when the thing inside you ain't a animal of any kind? I think so.


So... I like this one. Its not my favorite, but I do like it.
I like the concept and the story more than the art, but I do like it.
