Well in the TV special this is referencing, the character is tricked into thinking he ate the grandmother when really a different bad guy just inflated his belly to make it look that way. The headcanon here is that he was actually made pregnant and is just rolling with it. :P

This one is kinda sideways since the role of the Big Bad Wolf could be filled by a male or female.
Either way, that particular BBW had a bit to much fun with either Red Ridinghood or the Woodsman.
