Probably a large part of you know the popular Overlord anima, as well as the version of this story in the form of Light Novel and manga. However, probably not many of you know that it all started with a web short story.
The original version of the adventures of Momongi / Ainz Ooal Gown is very different from the current one.

The web-novel story is an alternative version of the first nine volumes of LN. However, LN contains a lot of new characters, e.g. Albedo as well as the characteristics and fate of some is heavily changed. Like some events in the universe.

One of the changes fans most reluctant to do was the fate of Arche. In the original Arche, after Ainz defeated his team and captured by Shalltear, she became a sex slave to vampires (Shalltear even trained her pretty well), and was not killed and used as materials or food by the inhabitants of the tomb.
I myself belong to this camp, which believes that it would be better if Arch became a sex slave, although after the development of the latest story admits that there is some justification, but the version with web novel is better.
