Sal sighed as he parked the truck in his driveway. It had been about a month since the Braden incident, and he was still concerned it might have left some lasting PTSD effects on Rosa, since she nearly died from lack of oxygen. A quick trip to the hospital after Braden had been completely digested, told them Nessa and Gail were fine.

It was Saturday, which meant that he and Rosa had their night out with Kristina three weeks ago. After dinner ended, they all went back to Rosa and Sal's place. To which they proceeded to have quite the steamy night. Which he found to be worth it, even if he was exhausted at work the next morning. Not long after that, Kris moved in and they became quite a weirdly developing family, with Sal being in a polyamorous relationship with the two preggo women.

When walking through the door, he noticed that Rae's toys weren't strewn across the floor. He found it odd, since he knew it wasn't anywhere near her bedtime, and she was usually playing on the floor in front of the television.

"Sal, is that you babe?" Rosa's voice came from their bedroom up the stairs.

"Yeah, it's me. Where are Kris and Rae?" He questioned climbing the stairs.

"They're here in the room with me." Rosa said, sounding a bit seductive.

"Rosa don't you think it's a bit inappropriate to..." Sal began to say opening his door, only to freeze at the sight he saw.

Lying there on the bed, with her back against the headboard was Rosa, with a massive belly, just a fraction bit bigger than it was when he confronted her about unbirthing Nessa and Gail on live stream.

"Don't worry babe. Rae doesn't need to worry with that." Rosa smirked, as visible hand prints and a smiling face print, belonging to an adult, pressed through the skin. While her own hands were curled up like paws and resting on her breasts, which had grown a couple more cup sizes since he saw her that morning, before heading off to work.

"Did... did you..."

"Unbirth Kris and Rae? Yes, I did." Rosa smiled, knowing what his question was before he could finish asking it. "They're fine. They won't be regressed since I'm already pregnant with the twins, and Kris is pregnant with Brenna. But they are keeping the girls company for the remainder of my pregnancy. Kris should go into labor when she comes out with the girls, so it'll just be the two of us for two more months. Good thing we're having a home birth, right Papa?"

Sal was speechless at seeing Rosa like this. Her belly hadn't been this big due to unbirthing since she took the girls in. Though, he couldn't hide the fact, he had a ragging hard on for what he saw.

"Well don't just stand there Sal." Rosa said, in a needy, sultry voice as she seductively rubbed her belly. "C'mon and fuck me, rock these babies inside mama to sleep."
