So as of Generation 8 Magikarp is now able to learn Hydro Pump so I and a friend had the idea of someone or in this case Sif using Magikarp to blast someone while just casually carrying it about.

Now this commissions was done by  larrythemidgetman

The fact that Magikarp, of all Mons, got an actual buff in Gen 8 by gaining Hydro Pump, and it's actually one of the more COMPETENT AI Max Raid Battle partners is hilarious. And yet it's STILL called the "most pathetic Pokemon" in its dex entries.
