The animation is still very much a work in progress, but that's kind of to be expected after only a few days working on it. Although not finished it's still a big step forward in creating content for the Cretaceous Seas game!

I was hoping to be really bold and shoot straight from the super rough draft up to finished lines, but that (unsurprisingly) didn't work so great lol. Most of these frames here are fairly cleaned up but still need a polishing pass to really make them shine. Before doing that, I need to go over it and consider what changes are required. For instance, it needs some small adjustments to the timing, something that's easiest to do when more frames are added to smooth out the motion, and some of the poses could be altered to increase the character acting. Fine details of movement will be tweaked right up until it's the smoothest I can manage.

Something else I'm discovering is that I need to simplify Ayla's hair slightly so I can get better definition in the shapes, even while moving.

Fairly happy with the direction of it overall.
