Ahh, he looks so happy in there. And really, who wouldn't be? I'm sure Suri's going to to take very good care of him and give him lots of squeezes, twists, bends, and most importantly give him lots and lots of love.

Jay definitely isn’t in Suri’s stomach, there’s no hydrochloric acid. Although he also isn’t in her womb. Whatever organ he’s in can apparently function as EITHER. And can cause it’s occupant to be altered biologically from what we can see.

You're close, but he is in her womb. Its just designed to do this as well. Also, when you don't have legs, it only makes sense that things have more room to grow in the long part of her body.

Didn't you say that the doctor was inside Suri's esophagus? along with the anatomy indicating that her vagina also leads to her lower stomach? (assuming she has one in her humanoid upper body) And also, what about the times she partially unbirthed Jay before? did he partially enter her stomach in those cases? She did warn him that "all it would take was one big squeeze and he was dinner."

Yup, and there’s two openings between those lips of hers. The doctor started in what’s basically amounts to a lower mouth and then dove very quickly into her vagina. She could still swallow a meal about the size of a deer and have no problem with it, even in her current condition.
