Carol had to admit that the new girl was a bit of a character.
Her personality wasn't particularly pleasant, but she wasn't dislikable like that annoying running girl who frequented the bakery; Carol chalked her personality issues to the fact that she seemed pregnant. It was honestly kinda admirable that she was working so hard when she appeared so heavily pregnant...
She had a bit of a lazy personality to her, but when it came to the job, she worked well enough. She didn't cause any unnecessary problems for anyone and kept things working smoothly...

Well, until now that was.

Carol poked her belly; It was unnaturally large and round. Like a balloon almost. The New Girl had done something; She came into work, while wearing an odd, black-and-green uniform and blown bubbles at her, and everyone else in the bakery and literally everyone ended up inflated, bloated and round.
As odd as it was, it was also kinda fascinating. And it wasn't like getting inflated hurt. If anything it felt kinda nice and the only downside was that moving was pretty difficult.
She glanced to the side and watched the New Girl rummage through the bakery, examining various bits of bread and pastry before letting out an "Ah-ha!" and pulling out a large simple cake with vanilla frosting. She seemed to stare at it for a few seconds before just diving into it head first into the cake and taking a massive bite out of it. The New Girl let out a moan of happiness as she slumped slightly, "Oh, fuck that's the good stuff..."

She seemed to want to take another bite, but after debating with herself silently for a few seconds, she seemed to decide against it; She immediately came back to the front of the store, carrying the cake before digging through the cash register for a brief moment and then shoving a few wads of cash into a small bag before pausing and glacing around the store, as if making sure she wasn't missing anything.

Carol saw her chance here, "Hey, New Girl!"

"Huh? Oh... uhh... Carol, right?"

"Yeah. Why do you need the cake?"

"Oh. Its someone's birthday! I'm celebrating."

"Why not just buy them a cake?"

"Because that's boring and I don't think it'd make for a good story, y'know?"

Carol blinked and then nodded, "Yeah, I see your point..."

The New Girl winked, "I knew you would. You ought to try it yourself one day."

"Maybe I will."

"That's great." The New Girl pulled a small green card from her belt and shoved it between Carol's breasts, "So, gimme a call and we can plan something out!"

"Sure thing..." Carol twisted her head to get a decent look at the card, "...Expantress?"

"That's my name!"

"Huh. Cool."

"Alrighty then! I'm off!" And with that Expantress darted through the doors and bounced off.

Carol just stared silently, watching her run away while a group of rather odd looking-people seemed to trying to chase after her; That same annoying runner girl and a weird frog lady were among them. Carol just sighed softly, as she shook her head and shoved the card into her pocket, before carefully trying to stablize herself. It wasn't easy walking with a belly like this, but it wasn't impossible and she was still on the clock... She glanced at a few customers who seemed mildly puzzled by the entire event and the large bellies that they were sporting, "Sorry about all that. Villains and all. You know how it is. So, can I get you anything else?"

Y'all prolly know, he's been a great inspiration and friend to me, so when he mentioned his birthday, I had to do something! Even if it was small, like this!

I love his OC, Expantress! In case you don't know, she's a kooky villainess who loves inflating people as she robs them. But she also takes small part-time jobs, which always amused me! So, I figured her stealing from a place she worked at, just for fun wouldn't be out of character! Plus, I know for a fact that she worked at a Bakery at some point :D
