Shiori saw her escape opportunity. Since Dahlia was apparently targeting Sarah and her friend, it would excuse her belly but her appearance was another matter. She looked nothing like the woman whose voice she was imitating. However, Emma did mention something about changing and given the amount and variety of clothes in the closet she was hiding in, Dahlia was going to walk out of the building in a disguise. Upon realizing that, Shiori had to place her bets on her instincts.

"Sorry Emma," she said in Dahlia's voice again, "what was I supposed to change into. These girls were so tasty I forgot..." If this doesn't work, Shiori would have to deal with Emma like how she did with her counterpart.

“… I can’t tell if you’re joking or serious.” Emma’s voice held a note of dissatisfaction, though it sounded more of disappointment than anger. “So long as you hide your hair and cry “light-sensitivity” to explain the sunglasses, you can pass for mom again in almost anything - nobody questioned you arriving separate from me and the brat, so they’re not going to question you leaving in a different outfit… though that being said, I wouldn’t mind you trying on that red number on the right” she added coyly. “I had that custom-made for mom’s birthday by a specialized tailor and I’d love to give it a test run… and maybe see how hard it is to remove.”

It seemed Marie - Emma’s mother and Sarah’s step-mother - never actually came to the building; it had been Dahlia in a disguise that the employees saw, who apparently came in a separate car from the sisters - likely to keep Sarah from noticing the ruse.

Shiori had finally secured her escape route. Now all she needed was to decide on her disguise. The problem was she didn't know a thing about fashion. As she looked around for something that would accommodate her massive belly, she thought that her sister, Hinoka, would look stunning in every one of these outfits. The sheer amount of combinations was a bit daunting, but Shiori didn't have that kind of time. She grabbed the first thing that caught her eye and changed into it. She chose a black maxi dress with a keyhole in the shape of crescent that exposed a good amount of her bust and a skirt long enough to cover the entirety of her belly with some elastic near the bottom to it doesn't hang too far out. As Shiori began to change, the pair within her belly yelped as they were suddenly jostled and jolted about, Sarah nearly pitching over before coming to rest in a half-slouch at the bottom of the stomach. Kellie was then promptly squeezed against her as the dress' fabric was pulled over Shiori's belly, holding them firmly but no longer tightly - like a cross between a hammock and a sleeping bag.

She put her clothes and equipment in a purse from the closet. She also untied her hair and let it drape over her shoulders and back and tried to make her bangs similar to how Dahlia had hers before. She noticed there were a few wigs so it wouldn't be strange if her hair color was different too. To complete the look, she grabbed a pair of white framed sunglasses. Beyond the door, Emma had spent a few moments listening to the sounds of rustling fabric, eventually pulling away from the door a bit in anticipation of "Dahlia" emerging. "Finished already, dear?"

In Dahlia's voice she said, "Yes, I'm ready." as she emerged with her huge belly jutting out before her. "So...what do you think?"

The sight of Dahlia’s form caught her momentarily off guard, shortly before melting into something best described as presently surprised. “Well, it’s not the dress I picked, but…I can’t say I’m complaining. Black definitely seems to suit you, dear, though some sunlight can fix that up easily. And you’re even showing off a bit.” Her gaze flicks across Shiori’s exposed cleavage, an appreciative-looking smile on her lips. “Seems that jumpsuit hid more than a few tricks… though I must say, *this* is definitely the highlight.” She saunters up a few paces and rather boldly runs a hand across Shiroi’s belly. “I guess even brats can look good if you use them right.”

Beneath Emma’s hand, Sarah’s composure strains under the cold words of her step-sister, feelings of nausea rising in her as the confusion and dismay loop around in her even as she tries to keep the same from happening to Kellie. At this point Emma finally takes her eyes off Shiroi’s belly to look at her face, tilting her head appraisingly. “Might need an excuse for the change in hair color, but I suppose ‘matching trends’ is as good an excuse as any.” She smiles teasingly, seeming satisfied by the sight - perhaps too much, as she now angles her body so that her own stomach lightly brushes against the assassin’s. “Maybe we should take the time to think up a few before you leave?”

Unbeknownst to Emma, her casual mocking of her sister’s own life sparked a rare emotion within Shiori...rage. As much as she would like to show Emma what it was like to be the prey, Shiori knew she had a mission to complete first and foremost.

In Dahlia's voice again, "I actually want to get out of here as soon as I can. There was another assassin and caused some commotion. It won't be long before they're onto us."

The reaction is almost instant; a dumbstruck expression crosses Emma’s face before exploding into disbelieving anger. “You… you *what??* What do you mean commotion?! You said you knew what you were doing - that’s why I payed you to take care of them instead of that nitwit!” She jabs a finger at Shiroi’s belly for emphasis, stirring a small ripple from within as it’s contents jolted in shock. “You’d better hope whatever you’ve done stays quiet long enough for Kara to arrive - I can’t pin something on someone who’s not here yet!“

It seemed Emma had shot for a rather elaborate plan of dealing with her stepsister and her friend; sneak an assassin in disguised as her mother, have them eaten and then, apparently, hire another one just to have them blunder in, get caught and take the fall. There was likely a lesson somewhere in there about trying too hard to be clever, or how over-planning things were begging for something to go wrong, but even if Shiori had the patience or desire to indulge her, Emma likely wouldn’t have been in a mood to hear anything anymore, given her angry scoff.

“Get out of here, you idiot. And don’t you dare come back unless those two are on your gut instead of in it,” she said, slapping a hand against Shiroi’s huge gut, “or you can forget about getting paid.” With that, she turned on her heel back for the bathroom, all hint of teasing or flirting erased by her anger - and utterly uncaring about whatever damage she did to the pair inside Shiroi’s belly.

In the wake of Emma’s outburst, Sarah’s mind had gone blank. Her body went limp at basically being told point-blank her own step sister put a hit on her, slumping like deadweight in the pit of Shiroi’s belly. Kellie was left in a state of panic as her friend suddenly stopped acknowledging her, her breath hitching as she pinched Sarah’s arm, trying desperately to snap her from her state without angering their captor. “S-Sarah? S-Sarah, please…”
